Our mission:

To provide a supportive community where model railroaders of all capabilities can gather, exchange ideas, and enjoy the hobby.

The SNMRA actively engages with the community. From local model railroad clubs and retailers to the National Model Railroad Association (NMRA), we are working to bring all aspects of the hobby within the reach of our members. The Sarasota Toy Museum has been integral to our journey, and monthly SNMRA meetings are held there. We are currently working with the Florida Railroad Museum to bring the joy of volunteerism and prototype operations to our activities.
